Police say they have arrested a suspect, 22-year-old Malik Williams, of Capitol Heights, and charged him with second-degree murder with a weapon. He could make his debut in DC Superior Court on Wednesday; it cannot be learned if he has a lawyer. Attempts to reach the Williams family were unsuccessful.
