Pokémon TCG Gym Promos Revealed: Infernape V, Riley, etc

Pokémon OCG started operating in 2022 and now thanks PokeBeach, we get our first look at Gym Promos that will be rolled out at tournaments across Japan.

As usual, there are eight promotions available to earn with six of them being alternative art reprints of the word cards. Star Birth with the Gym Promotion icon and two new tags. The two new cards are Infernape V and the trainer card, Riley.

In addition to these, you can earn Corphish, Dusclops, Riolu, Weavile, Starly, and Raihan, which will likely be distributed as a participation bonus for PokeBeach.

Gym tournament attendees will score themselves a promotional bundle that includes a random card from seven people outside of Raihan. Earlier today, all the usual cards in Star Birth has been revealed. These include many of these cards that don’t have the unique Artwork and Gym Promotion logo. You can see the full list of revealed regular cards here. Star Birth will launch next Friday in Japan.

If you are pursuing Star Birth In the US, you’ll have to wait until they’re translated and released via the February TCG kit Shining stars or buy them at Japanese online retailers.
