Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl players discover a duplicate glitch

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining pearls just launched last Friday, and players have found a way to clone Pokémon and items.
Discovered for the first time by Twitter user kevinfor5, the glitch is pretty straightforward and is something most players can do soon once they gain access to Pokémon Nursery. As you would expect, this is not an official feature and could put your savings at risk.
The glitch works by taking advantage of the Pokémon storage box system when importing Pokémon into the Incubator. With two Pokémon in the same place in the inventory and a few tricks and glitches, it’s possible for the player to clone as many Pokémon and items as they want. All it costs is one Pokémon sacrificed to make things work.
Cloning glitches are nothing new to these fourth-generation remakes and are something players have found and taken advantage of from the very first time. Pokémon Game.
When Pokémon past games didn’t actively receive updates, so glitches persist, these are quickly patched today. If you choose to continue with this problem, you can find a full video tutorial on Twitter, but proceed at your own risk.
