Play Destiny 2 Trolls and kill the entire Fireteam using Stasis on Dares of Eternity

A guardian scoffed at the rest of their team’s expenses while running Destiny 2’s anniversary operation, Dares of Eternity.

Stagnation has been a point of contention in the Fate 2 community since being introduced as part of Beyond the light due to the way it alters the gameplay and superpowers bigger. While frustration was the most common, Stasis also became a source of humor for players who wanted to troll their party members in some sort of activity. One player in particular seemed proud of how they were able to use Stasis to troll their team while inside 30th Anniversary Event active, Dares of Eternity.


Dares of Eternity is part of the free content available to all players in Fate 2The 30th anniversary event, hosted by the mysterious Xur and the more mysterious Starhorse. The operation pits a team of six defenders against various enemies of humanity randomly selected by a Rotation luck-esque wheel in two areas in front of a boss room behind one of three doors, also randomly selected. Players will then be rewarded with exotic coins and treasure keys that are used to purchase bonuses and open various treasure chests in the event’s social space.

That was before entering the boss room, where Reddit user Nosha_Levion let their troll inside, thanks to a Stasis wall grenade. The posted clip shows Nosha, ahead of the rest of the fireteam, ascending the elevator as they throw a grenade through the wall behind them. Nosha’s grenade explodes in time to intercept the remaining rockets, all of whom perish due to sudden traffic jams. Nosha is proud of this, saying that in the clip’s title it’s their “biggest achievement” of having a perfect track record in Osiris’s Trials or get an elusive raid weapon.

While humorous, Nosha’s clip is another example of the aforementioned frustrations that Stasis continues to cause inside. Fate 2. One person was even concerned, saying they felt the need to monitor this over the next few weeks.
