The Prime Minister attended the Jubilee Thanksgiving Service at St Paul’s Cathedral
The Prime Minister attended the national Thanksgiving service with his wife Carrie as part of the anniversary celebrations.
What happened at St. Paul’s Cathedral?
Some members of the crowd booed their arrival as they got out of his car.
However, there was also cheering for the Prime Minister from other spectators.
Despite the awkward moment, neither Mr Johnson nor his wife responded to the boos that could be heard as they walked up the steps to the cathedral.
Mr Johnson was among a number of politicians at the event. Union leader Sir Keir Starmer was also present.
Former Prime Ministers David Cameron, Gordon Brown and Tony Blair have also been seen in the cathedral.
