Phantasy Star Online 2: Genesis’ new title cast reveals titles, world tests, and more coming in December 15 update

Update PSO2 NGS Sandstorm Requirement

Pack your gear and get ready for ARKS in the desert city of Retem with Aina and Manon. This new city, and its climate, must be a breath of fresh, but dry air, for Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis players after spending all their time in Aelio. After all, there are new things to discover and new enemies to destroy, all of them armed with heavy artillery.

This new area comes as part of the “Sandstorm Requiem” update, which also includes an increase in the level cap to 35 and a new class skill for every class. It also adds three elemental techniques: wind, light and shadow. For those interested in this sort of thing (all of us), the update also adds a title system. Trophies are earned based on in-game achievements, so you’ll need to work hard to achieve it. We all know how it goes.

Another new addition is “large-scale disruption events that will occur on all Ships,” otherwise known as World Tests. These things happen across multiple domains over a long period of time and offer plenty of opportunities to earn rewards.

All the details of the upcoming content were revealed today during the NGS Headline show. If you want to watch it, take 50 minutes aside and watch the video below.
