Peacemaker’s Rotten Tomatoes score is on par with The Suicide Squad

Early People of Peace The Rotten Tomatoes score is extremely promising and HBO Max the show looks like another hit for DC Comics, which is good news for Warner Bros. in a week dominated by concerns about The Flash movie changes the future of the DCEU. In fact, the current score from Peacemaker HBO Max’s early reviews has a score on Rotten Tomatoes on par with the movie it split from – Suicide Squad.

The first reviews for The Suicide Squad spin-off, the HBO Max show Peacemaker, have been in full swing and rave reviews for the series. Hence, the current Rotten Tomatoes score for Peacemaker stands at excellent 90% which, by a happy coincidence, is exactly the same as the last “certified fresh” points for The Suicide Squad.

Of course, these scores can go up and down depending on the deeper reviews and how they evaluate projects. Prior to its release, The Suicide Squad was previously highest rated movie in DCEU, a title it has since losing to Wonder Woman in 2017, with Zack Snyder’s Justice League having the highest audience score. At the time of writing, Peacemaker only had ten reviews so its score is bound to change but critics have so far been full of praise, with reviewers call it “A lot of fun James Gunn” (TV Line) and also “a no-nonsense parody of superhero shows that is also a pretty good superhero show in its own right” (Rolling Stone ).

That’s certainly good news for the first DCEU TV series, especially since director James Gunn has strongly hinted that Peacemaker will setting up sequels or even The Suicide Squad 2, with Various projects are under development and even Black Adam movie crossover rumored.
