Washington has welcomed an impressive array of places to eat around the pandemic – Albino in the Navy Yard, Imperfecto in the West End – but nowhere excites me more than Oyster Oyster, a fun name for a serious and delicious restaurant. The business brings together the concepts many diners want – food with a point, attentive service, a special atmosphere – while quietly sending the message that you don’t have to eat meat to eat well and for Treat the planet with respect for your baby’s footsteps.
