Overland Park commission approves rezoning hotel for apartments

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Builders are one step nearer to changing an Overland Park lodge into a brand new multi-family condominium complicated. 

Monday, the Overland Park Planning Fee voted 9-0 to approve a request to rezone 10610 Marty Road from a Deliberate Workplace Constructing District (CP-O) to a Deliberate Excessive-Rise Residence District (RP-6).
