Our last fan got a surprise on horseback from Pedro Pascal
Filming for The Last of Us is underway, and that means fans might get lucky now and then by spotting Pedro Pascal and the rest of the cast.
Filmed for the HBO version of Our Last One is officially underway. If showrunners for the upcoming series haven’t announced it, one lucky fan will get the scoop as she manages to watch Pedro Pascal shoot a particular scene for the show. Our Last One series.
Pascal, a rather busy actor over the past few years, has been cast as Joel in the HBO adaptation Our Last One electronic games. Pascal, who actually introduced himself to HBO audiences as Oberyn Martell in Game of Thrones, will play with others Game of Thrones alum at Bella Ramsey, who plays Ellie.
It looks like one particular fan of the show watched Ramsey and Pascal shoot a scene together. At least it’s clear that Pascal is in the scene in question. If there is any doubt that some filming for Our Last One will happen in parts of the country that look like future apocalypse in which that game or show takes place, it seems fans have dispelled those doubts as well. Instead of filming the series entirely on soundstage, the cast and crew would move around the cityscape occasionally.
That’s how one Twitter user, who passed Donica on the social media site, captured Pascal on horseback with what appears to be Ramsey sitting right behind him. Donica shot a slow-motion video as the actors walked past what appeared to be the windows of her apartment. A trailing camera on the other side of the horse means it looks like they’re in the middle shoot a scene for Our Last One series.
In a fan video, she zoomed in to get a better look at Pascal and the actress riding the horse behind him as he was able to leave Twitter users quite suspenseful. As he drove out of view, he turned into the saddle and happily pointed directly at fans’ cameras. There’s no sound in the video so can’t tell Our Last One fan reacted to particular surprise, but she took the time to post it online.
Thanks to zooming in, fans on Twitter were able to get a different look at Pascal as Joel, and the biggest mentality was that he didn’t look enough of the popular video game character for their liking. However, some fans have commented that they don’t care if he resembles the exact character, as long as the actor has played his role well.
