Oprah Winfrey quietly sells Orcas Island estate for $14M

Oprah Winfrey has quietly bought her 43-acre waterfront estate on Orcas Island for $14 million in an off-market deal.

Positioned in Washington state and often called Madroneagle, the media, enterprise and philanthropic mogul scored massive after initially buying the house in 2018 for $8.3 million, property information present.

The deal marks the best worth ever paid for an Orcas Island property, situated north of Seattle, sources aware of the sale instructed the Biz Journal.

The primary house, which is made up of 4 bedrooms and three baths, spans over 10,200 sq. toes, all of which was primarily gutted by Winfrey, 67, in a transform.
