Jen Cameron of Coldwell Banker Bain represented the customer.

Cameron instructed Biz Journal that the customer had heard rumors Winfrey was all in favour of promoting the property and reached out to her health guru and property supervisor, Bob Greene.

Wally Gudgell, who has been an Orcas Island actual property dealer for 44 years, revealed to Biz Journal that Winfrey bought the property as a result of she wasn’t there typically.

“They simply figured she’s too busy and by no means going to actually use it, and that’s why they have been prepared to promote it,” Gudgell stated.
