Ontario investigating workplace fatality at manufacturing facility in Dundas, Ont. – Hamilton

The ministry of labour dispatched inspectors to a concrete manufacturing facility in Dundas, Ont., Monday night time after a person believed to be in his 30s was killed on the plant.

Investigators say Hamilton Hearth and paramedics had been referred to as out to the incident at Coreslab Constructions close to the intersection of Freeway 6 and Freeway 5 simply earlier than 6:30 p.m.

“It was reported {that a} employee suffered deadly accidents whereas cleansing a machine,” ministry spokesperson Kalem McSween informed World Information.
