Only 9,161 trained migrant worker employed under government’s special programme, Lok Sabha told

Simply 9,161 migrant workers out of 70,823 educated have been employed, both as wage earners or self-employed, underneath the federal government’s particular programme for coaching of reverse migrants.

“As on July 10, 2021, 70,823 migrants have been educated or oriented, with 32,789 in brief time period coaching (STT) and 38,034 in recognition of prior studying (RPL),” the skills development ministry mentioned in response to a query in Lok Sabha on Monday.
