Old Playboy Friends Rage Against Hugh Hefner’s ‘Free Speech’ Celebration

Another voice from the A&E documentary, Jennifer Saginor, who wrote a recount of her childhood at Playboy Mansion, emphasizes that Hefner can be two things at once: a free-speech hero. in public and an alleged abuser and silencer behind the scenes.

Hefner’s family and former employees have defended him from accusations of his conduct, but Playboy Earlier this year, the brand distanced itself from its iconic founder, writing that “Today’s Playboy is not Hugh Hefner’s Playboy”. The magazine added: “We trust and authenticate the women and their stories, and we strongly support the individuals who have shared their experiences.”
