Oil spill from power station spreads along Syria’s coast
SANA stated the spill reached the coastal city of Jableh, about 20 kilometers (12 miles) north of the refinery within the city of Baniyas, including that Syria’s setting division and the municipality of the coastal province of Latakia have positioned all involved departments on alert. It stated work is underway to scrub the coast within the rocky areas.
