OhMyV33nus and Wise aim to secure a spot in Sibol Qualifiers

The dynamic duo of Blacklist International Johnmar”OhMyV33nus“Villaluna and Danerie”Wise“Del Rosario is preparing for the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Sibol qualifier with the intention of representing the Philippines (PH) at the upcoming 2021 Southeast Asian Games (SEA) which will be held in May 2022. via a live stream, Blacklist International caller and support specialist, OhMyV33nus, revealed that his team will be qualifying for the next line-up for Team Sibol before taking a break from sports Electronic Mobile Legends. While two pro players cannot participate due to age restrictions, the International Blacklist will have two new pro players to complete its roster.

Shortly after winning the M3 world championship, Blacklist International duo V33Wise announced that they will be taking a brief hiatus and will miss Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL) Philippines (PH) Season 9. But before Take a break, they had a goal in mind.
According to a livestream on OhMyV33nus’s official Facebook page, the pro player revealed that his team will attend the Sibol qualifiers to determine who will join the new team representing the Philippines at the upcoming 2021 SEA Games. .
Two of the core members of Blacklist International Edward “BONUS” Dapadap and Kiel “Oheb” Soriano will not be able to participate as the event is only open to players over the age of 18. Regulations on age limit are set by the Vietnamese committee. However, two new players will take on the roles of poor pro players.
“We hardly had time to prepare but that’s what happened and we have to maximize the time we have, especially now that we have two new players,” he said. OhMyV33nus stated. “One is in the Yellow lane while the other is in the Experience lane, so we really need to grind.”
This player then expressed his determination to join the Sibol team and represent the Philippines. The Blacklist International caller also shared his story of how he came so close to getting a spot on the previous Sibol team.
“I almost got a chance to represent PH for Sibol and it’s great to look back on because we also qualified for Sibol’s training team but I really lacked experience, confidence and everything.” OhMyV33nus stated. “I was almost there to represent PH but I was missing a lot of things in me.”
With all the achievements and championship titles to his credit, the pro felt it was the perfect time to beat Sibol in the qualifiers.
“They changed the process for Sibol (qualifying) but hopefully we can get there,” OhMyV33nus stated.
Sibol is the Philippine national e-sports team participating in the SEA game in the e-sports category. The team previously dominated the 2019 SEA Games and won a gold medal for the Mobile Legends e-sports competition. The team is currently looking for the next professional players to attend the upcoming 2021 SEA Games through Sibol qualifying.
It will be interesting if OhMyV33nus and Wise can qualify for Sibol and represent the region for the upcoming 2021 SEA Games.
