According to the lawsuit, Nicki Minaj supposedly shouted at Thomas Weidenmuller speak, “Who do you think You Are?”, after he interjected and talked to Nicki about the conflict. Allegedly, Minaj then threw a shoe at him but missed. He claimed that he was then asked to return to Nicki’s room, where the rapper allegedly assaulted him again.

Weidenmuller is suing both Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty for damages, as well as insurance for his medical bills. Minaj has yet to comment on the incident and the alleged lawsuit.
