Nick Cannon, Abby De La Rosa Honor Sons’ 1st Month: Family Photos
Something sweet to celebrate! Nick Cannon and Abby De La Rosa honor the first month of their twin boys’ lives with an adorable family photo session.
“ONE MONTH ZION AND ZILLION CANNON,” the 29-year-old DJ captioned Friday, July 16, during an Instagram slideshow of kids wearing headphones and matching black jackets. In a separate post, she and Masked singer host, 40 years old, cuddling his sleeping brother.
The Los Angeles native announced in April that she and the actor had twin boys on the go. “I know God was destined for me and prepared for me the gift of not one but two little angels,” the pregnant star wrote on Instagram at the time. “I pray that God gives you both the strength to walk bravely and boldly in your personal truth just like your Daddy. That God bless you and your brother and guide you to live your full purpose. Your dad and I will always be here for both of you; fully agree and support. You’ve both been so loved, and we can’t wait to meet you both. “
De La Rosa added that she and Cannon had “reconnected” the previous year, wittily saying: “I never imagined where we are right now. This is not a bs ‘love’ story but a TRUE story. His openness and honesty won my heart but above all, he is my dearest friend and life partner. [in] This world is mine. He changed my life in all the most unusual ways, inspiring me to open my mind to the unknown when it comes to falling in love beyond the ‘label’ and ‘ownership’. “
New mom welcome her children đứa two months later. That same month, Wild ‘n Out paradigm Alyssa Scott birth for her and Cannon’s son, Zen.
“I will love you forever,” Scott wrote on Instagram in June. “6.23.21.”
Cannon, who is also the father of twins Moroccan and Monroe, 10 years old, with Mariah Carey and Gold, 4 and Strong, 7 months, with Brittany Bell, clarified the following month that he had intentionally conceived all of his children.
“I purposely met these children,” the California native explained on an episode of his Power 106 radio show on July 7. “I had no accidents. [There were] so many people that I could have been pregnant but I wasn’t pregnant. You only live once.”
City Girls Rapper JT joked at the time: “[You should] Wrap it up and protect yourself.”
