New world update ‘Into The Void’ and new Void Gauntlet weapon

New worldThe much-awaited Into the Void update has officially hit the live servers, and with it comes a new Void Gauntlet weapon and related Decay and Annihilation skill trees.

“The Void Gauntlet has appeared in Aeternum. Use the power of the Void to support your allies and debilitate your enemies with this magic damage/assist combo weapon. This is the first weapon to scale above both Intelligence and Focus, making it a great pairing with the Life Staff and other magical weapons. Adventurers will be able to progress through two weapon mastery trees, allowing players to manipulate Void spells in different ways. ”

As revealed in the first day of this month, the Annihilation tree focuses on dealing maximum damage at close range, while the Decay tree allows the player to heal allies and apply effects on enemies.

The major update also introduces a lot of new content and changes. These include improvements to the starting area, new faction quests, new enemy types, more streamlined main story missions, and increased run speed while on the road. PvP gameplay will also receive some major tweaks, including a reduction in durability loss in PvP, the addition of luck and fortune gathering bonuses for being flagged in PvP, and a reduction in the cooldown of changing factions.

Players can also look forward to a long list of battles, weapon balancing, and bug fixes. The currency obtained from Expedition bosses has also been impressive increase, starting at 25% at Starstone and going up to 100% for late game expeditions. Meanwhile, some players have reported missing items after the release of the update, namely the harvesting equipment. Amazon says that it is aware of the issue and is working to fix it as soon as possible. Stay tuned for updates.
