Amazon Game Studios’ New world has gone through several phases since launch, with the first few weeks being the pinnacle of the experience for multiplayer and the subsequent ones serving as the game’s downfall. The rise and fall of New world has been a strange phenomenon to witness, and the main problems of the game are due to lack of communication when it comes to bugs and the general direction of the MMO. However, the December patch and the Winter Convergence event brought many New world players online again to enjoy all the new things in Aeternum.

There are still some issues with the game, such as the recent rumor that Amazon wants to increase the Gear Score limit without actually introducing new core activities and loot to incentivize more. New world Players have suggested some effective solutions, and Amazon seems ready to listen in the future. Reddit user AngeloMonharti shared a clip showing their newly decorated in-game house, filled with Winter Convergence exclusive decorations. This is especially striking when the house is decorated with all the frosty furniture and five cute rabbits are sitting on the table.

The walls are white because AngeloMonharti used the dining table and rotated them to the side to cover the wall, and players who want to recreate the style mostly need to farm multiple cards to buy all the decorations. This is something that New world players can still do it for a while, as the Winter Convergence event was slated to end on January 11th but was extended to January 25th due to the event’s growing popularity.

Since this is an MMO game with so many different features, it is often difficult for newcomers to find it what to do first in New world, especially during limited-time events like these. However, AngeloMonharti did share their method for earning more tokens by taking gifts floating in a route outside of Monarch’s Bluffs. This can be done fairly early on, and the only requirement is a ranged weapon to gain the gift, meaning other players can get a room like AngeloMonharti’s with a little effort.
