New World Downtime Announced for Update 1.1.2

New world is about to go into downtime for just a few hours as Amazon Game Studios rolls out Update 1.1.2.

This patch includes some small changes to the game that will make things ready for merged servers in the near future and fix the housing issues that occurred around patch 1.1. The world event “Terror in Turkey” has also been completely disabled. According to the patch notes, this event will return in the future.

Now that the housing issues have been fixed, affected players can buy back and use houses that were rolled up during repairs. You will also be able to pay taxes on any homes you own that have been affected by recent problems.

Downtime for Update 1.1.2 will begin at 1 a.m. CT and run for approximately three hours. Once the server is back up and running, these changes will be implemented.
