TRENTON, N.J. (CBSNewYork) — There’s good news for New Jersey drivers; the value of filling up will quickly go down.
The state treasury division has introduced the state’s fuel tax goes to drop 8.3 cents per gallon.
This follows a 9-cent increase last fall resulting from income loss due to the pandemic.
This new change takes impact Oct. 1.
