New Jersey Festival Of Ballooning Takes Flight – CBS New York

READINGTON, NJ (CBSNewYork) – The New Jersey Balloon Festival is happening this weekend.

Elliott asks festival director Howard Freeman how it feels to come back later Disease pause.
“What a great feeling, John, to be back,” said Freeman. “After two years apart, this is amazing. ‘Everything is looking for’ is our tagline this year. “

“A lot of ups and downs in this business,” Elliott joked.
“Light breezes and gentle landings,” says Freeman. “We’re really proud this year, especially to have come out of the pandemic, to be partnered with the New Jersey Department of Health, to have free and safe vaccines on our doorstep.”

“If you get that shot, you get half off, and everyone gets to enter a sweepstakes to win a ride in the NJ Lottery Summer Days ball. If that’s not an incentive to vaccinate, I don’t know what is,” Freeman said.
