New horizon fan improves kitchen system with smart trick
Animal Crossing: New Horizons players discovered a new trick to display kitchen items in the game’s system and improve its lighting.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons The latest update has brought a bunch of new content to the game. With this new line of items and experiences, players have been experimenting with new tricks and styles. In this latest demonstration of creativity, a Animal Crossing: New Horizons players have reinvented the system kitchen.
Released in March 2020, Animal Crossing: New Horizons witnessed critical and sales success. As a social simulation game, players can buy, decorate and upgrade their house as well as decorate their own island. The game offers the player a long list of items that they can purchase but only unlocks a certain number of items at a time via the Nook’s Cranny and Nook Stop terminals.
This post by Reddit user memulias demonstrates traditional system kitchen items but with a new twist. As they mentioned in their post title, stylish wall lights can be placed behind the upper part of the system kitchen to create a new effect. The resulting output shows two hidden lights but shines down on the kitchen sink and hob. These add some extra light to the memulias’ kitchen that the typical system kitchen doesn’t have. It’s not a huge amount of light but it does add a new look to the item and a new feeling in the room. Memulias points out that, apparently, the design for the system kitchen allows items like pendant lights to sit below the top section but it’s unclear if this was revealed by Animal Crossing: New Horizons‘ Latest updates.
Interested players looking to replicate this effect can use almost any wall light. Unfortunately, the hanging lighting items as well as the system’s kitchen itself randomly appear at Nook’s Cranny and at the Nook Stop Terminal. And, with the kitchen system as one of the more expensive items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, it may take some time to regenerate this interface. However, once all the items have been purchased, this trick is easy to repeat.
This discovery of memulias only adds a little effect but works really well. For players who want some extra light in their kitchen without having to fill their walls with items, this little trick comes in handy. It also does a great job to change the look of both the kitchen system and the room in general.
Then again, Animal Crossing: New HorizonsThe kitchen system is quite expensive and it won’t need extra light. It is an item that has become a hot item in Mule community but just shorthand for some players for this reason. Either way, memulias do a great job with a system kitchen trick.
