New CRSED FOAD “Fangs” Content Update Adds Cross-Platform Multiplayer

Update CRSED FOAD Vampire

Today, an unusual new individual joins the ranks of Gaijin Entertainment’s battle royale champions CURSED FOAD as part of the new Update “Fangs”, when the vampire Bram van Helsing takes to the field, bringing with him new rituals, weapons, and more.

Once an occultist with an obsession with blood, van Helsing eventually developed a compulsive desire to drink it – making him more or less a living vampire. The compulsion got so bad that he eventually couldn’t sleep and decided to go to rehab for treatment. While there, he meets someone who told him about the FOAD killing game and decides this is where he needs to go.

As a vampire, van Helsing boasts abilities such as “The Bat Swarm”, which allows him to transform into a bat form and move rapidly in the area. Transforming into batman also gives him “vampire” status, returning 50% of the damage he deals to enemies as health. Two of the new rituals introduced in this update also impact him directly. The “Eclipse” ritual reduces the damage dealt to him by 70%, while the “Sun Killing” ritual deals damage to him.

In addition, a new tombstone has been made available to the player: the “Coffin of the Undead” turns a zombie away from the player when it is destroyed.

For those who have been waiting for the cross-platform game, now is your time. As of this update, PlayStation and Xbox players can finally play together in the same session. They can also join cross-platform teams and chat.
