Comprehensive India Shardul Thakur engaged to his longtime girlfriend Mittali Parulkar on Monday in a private ceremony. The participation function took place at the Mumbai Cricket Association premises in the Bandra Kurla Complex.
Thakur, 30, has now been rested after a series of red balls going on at home between India and New Zealand. Notably, he was a member of the team that played the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 that just ended in the UAE. He arrived in the team as a last-minute substitute for Axar Patel.
News of Shardul’s engagement broke in the morning according to a source in The Times of India. The report confirms that the couple will get married after the upcoming T20 World Cup in Australia next year.
“There was a small event at the Mumbai Cricket Association premises in BKC on Monday where he invited 75 odd guests – mostly close friends and family members. The wedding will most likely take place after the T20 World Cup in Australia next year. said a source cited by TOI.
