The 54-year-old reality TV star was a guest co-host on Truth in the past week while Jeannie Mai, 43, still on maternity leave. In a recent episode of the show, Nene Leakes with co-hosts, Garcelle Beauvais, 55, Loni love50, and Adrienne Houghton38 years old, talking about how women are often labeled as arrogant instead of confident.
The segment begins with Garcelle saying that people might think Nene is confident that Nene possesses and proudly admits that she is indeed confident. Loni then interjected saying,
“But they see it as arrogance.”
Nene said,
“I’ve never had anyone call me arrogant.”
Seemingly surprised by the answer, Loni interfere,
“Really Neene?”
Nene answer,
“Never, and that’s my life.. I never have. Confidence is yes, arrogance is a stubborn attitude and that is not who I am… Most arrogant people are very insecure and I am not insecure at all. ”
