I don’t think she thought this through. A woman on the run for allegedly being an accessory to a murder has been arrested after commenting under a police department Facebook post asking about the proposed bounty for her arrest.
Lorraine Graves is said to have been dodging police since March, when the murders occurred. Then things took a big turn in the investigation last week when the Tulsa Police Department in Oklahoma posted a few photos of Lorraine on their Facebook page as part of the “Weekly Wanted” campaign. “, ABC News report.
“The Tulsa Police Department is seeking information on the whereabouts of Lorraine Graves,” the post read. “Lorraine Graves was charged with Murder. Detectives say she was involved in the city’s 10th murder in 2021, where Eric Graves was fatally shot at the St. Thomas. “
Not long after the post was posted, Lorraine wasted no time asking about the bag tied to her arrest. Lorraine commented,“Where’s the bounty?” Gorgeous policemen and citizens alike.
“Giiii girl, you better stay away from social media so they can follow you!!” one commenter.
“Aint will be so funny when you’re dealt with,” said another under a photo shared by the Tulsa Police Department.
Lorraine Graves was later arrested the next day after detectives from the Tulsa Police Department’s Fugitive Warrant unit tracked her down in a house in northern Tulsa.
Two other men suspected of involvement in the murder of Eric Graves have been charged and are currently in police custody.
Authorities did not talk about the relationship between Eric and Lorraine Graves but have confirmed that she has now been charged with murder and her bond has been set at $500,000.
