Mortal Online 2 Final Pre-launch Content Update Adds Housing Decorations, Repairs, and River Fishing

Mortal Online 2 released on Jan 25th and the final feature patch just came out. Invader has patched 0.1.13, the star volt team has continued to add new features and load the game polish to release. Added in this patch are new armor, new skills, UI and quality of life features, new creatures, two new trolls, etc.

Recently, the game has the first iteration of fishing on the whole, excluding the rivers. This patch fixes this and adds the ability to fish in the river. Character creation also has some strong points, with the ability to choose your country, choose your tattoo set, choose your race more easily, even being able to see the hair and beard color you’re choosing. Lore text is also included in the character generator, to make your selections a little more meaningful.

The game also has various fixes including server stability and reboots that are working again as scheduled. Some fixes to buttons, sounds, and even mismatched things like making sure the torches no longer work in the water when they shouldn’t. There’s also a bunch of changes to the user interface and quality of life. Voice chat settings and volume settings are now active. There are options and information on how to set up and use keybinds. Even things like being able to drag items to the trade window have been added.

Overall, this is a long series of fixes and final additions before wiping out beta and final release. and a new video preview of what’s to come in the game as the launch date gets closer. January delay and early access cancellation may have disappointed some, but progress has been made in making sure all of this is in place before a wider release.
