Montgomery County draws up new district map that reflects surge in racial diversity

One district, within the japanese a part of Montgomery bordering Prince George’s County, has a Black plurality; and one other, containing elements of Wheaton and Aspen Hill, has a Hispanic plurality. Potomac, Bethesda and Chevy Chase compose one district — the one one with a White majority — and the municipalities of Gaithersburg and Rockville type one other.
