The game has changed a bit from its previous versions. Monster Rancher DX now offers more freezing slots, 27 new monsters, BGM, random battle mode, Training Record feature and new high speed mode so that raising monsters now takes less time.

Currently, Koei Tecmo has not announced an official release time, but new games on the Nintendo eShop are released at a fixed time within a certain release date. So we can expect Monster Rancher DX will be released at that time.
