Monserez Earns SEC Setter of the Week Honors

The senior setter averaged 11.33 assists per set within the three-set victory over Texas A&M.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – After main the Gators to a straight-set victory over Texas A&M, Marlie Monserez was named SEC Setter of the Week, because the convention introduced Monday.
That is the fourth SEC Setter of the Week honor for Monserez and pushes her to 10 in her profession.
The senior setter dished out 34 assists towards the Aggies, averaging 11.33 assists per set within the win. Monserez led the Gators to a .438 clip, the third-highest hitting share of the season.
The Windermere, Fla. native additionally recorded 4 digs, three kills and two blocks towards Texas A&M.
Monserez and the Gators are again in motion on Wednesday, taking up the Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa, Ala. First serve is slated for 8 p.m. ET on ESPNU with Courtney Lyle and Missy Whittemore on the decision.
