CBP Mobile Passport Control is a voluntary program that can be used by US Citizens and Canadian visitors at any of the supported airport and seaport locations found on our website. : -passport check

CBP Mobile Passport Control can be used in 5 simple steps:

1.) Eligible traveler(s) download the app and create a profile(s) using biographical information from their passport(s) and take a “selfie”; all eligible members in a family group can create profiles, submit their CBP forms (up to 12 eligible members per trip) and store their information completely free of charge. to use for future travel.

2.) After landing, the traveler chooses the mode of transportation, port of entry and terminal, answers questions related to the CBP check, confirms the truthfulness and accuracy of the answers. and submit their records and responses to CBP.

3.) Once submitted, CBP sends an encrypted Quick Response (QR) code back to the traveler’s device.

4.) Visitors arrive at the MPC-designated queue upon arrival and present their QR code to the CBP Officer along with their passport. Please note: MPC does not replace your passport; Your passport will need to be presented to the CBP Officer.

5.) CBP officers will complete their inspection.

MPC provides a safer, more efficient in-person check-in process for CBP Officers and travelers, and shortens overall immigration wait times.
