Mist Legacy combines skill-based systems with classic turn-based combat

Standalone MMORPG Mist . Heritage are in early access. The game is made by a very small team of two with a different genre.
It has a top-down map, where you move your avatar like a game piece around the board on the tabletop. When you enter combat, the view switches to a turn-based battle system. How you do in those battles will be down to your equipment and abilities, and the old school system revolves around learning by doing. With up to five players in a party, you can certainly have fun with your friends, but there’s also the option of partying for solo players. Like some other games on the market, if you play solo, you can recruit NPCs to join you. This will at least give everyone the chance to have a fight party when they need it. And in doing so, you will have many opportunities to improve your skills, which is obviously very important here.
Has everything based on skills also affect the processing. There’s no fixed blueprint for crafting items, so that’s driven by what your skills are and what you’re good at. The crafting system is designed to be multi-layered, with flexibility and the ability to learn how to craft functional items and everything from gears to two parts to crafting entire buildings. If you level up your stone making skills you will be able to construct buildings. Want to make some equipment? Work to get to the point where your skills allow to create what you need.
Collect gems, stones, resources, fabrics and skins and learn how to combine them to create items to help you on your journey. For players who are familiar with the old-school legacy this game draws on, the system should offer some welcome complexity.
