Minecraft fans create real-life Chests from the game

Mojang’s hugely popular, open world sandbox title Minecraft is something of a gaming phenomenon. Players can essentially choose how they play, whether they want a completely peaceful map to build creations on, or they want tough in a heavy world fighting Dragon Ender, there’s something for everyone. So much so, that fans often decide they want to take some assets from the world and recreate them in real life, as this one person does.

One photo shows the inside of the chest, which, although empty, is lined with what appears to be soft red velvet that actually makes it pop. The thread has received a lot of comment on the craftsmanship, with many praising the fax and the work that went into it.

A few users jokingly asked the creators of what shader they were using, hinting that the lifelike chest was probably playing Minecraft with RTX on.
