This app is used as a skin checker & mole mapping tool and helps you to manage your skin examination, mapping, screening and tracking of moles, spots, freckles and other lesions by taking pictures, from the comfort of your own home.
Visual inspection of moles and skin can be a way to detect potential skin cancer early when it is easiest to treat. If you have any particular concerns, consult your doctor and get screened for skin cancer or melanoma.
We don’t think that with today’s technology, providing consumers with automated assessments of their risk of melanoma or skin cancer is protective.
Miiskin is not a substitute for any endoscopic skin examination by an experienced dermatologist or MD.
