Protect your document’s privacy while screen sharing

With remote meetings on apps like Teams now commonplace, the risk that private Office files will be accidentally exposed when sharing your screen increases. So we’ve introduced new privacy policies into Office to address this issue. This feature now prevents screen capture and screen sharing of sensitive documents that were previously labeled with Microsoft Information Protection policies. If you try to screen share a document for which you do not have Edit permission, the action will be automatically blocked.
