Dog lovers will appreciate this… Tomas Nido just showed some great love for her adorable dog – by getting a tattoo of the dog on her leg!
TMZ Sports learned that the baseball player wanted to get some ink to congratulate his beloved pet last week…so he hit the artist Keith Hernandez from Bang Bang Tattoo in New York City.
We were informed that the 27-year-old had delivered a portrait of Yorkie, Louie, which he had 8 years ago … and Hernandez then went to work.
It took the artist several hours to make the piece… and it all ended up being pretty unbelievable!!
Check out the details… Louie’s drawing – which will now stay inside Nido’s shins forever – looks SUPER lifelike, even with the bouncy hair and little dog outfit.
We say Nido got another tear while he was in the store… getting the letter “E” behind his ear – a shout out for his 8 month old daughter, Eleni.
In total, Nido had to sit in a chair for about 3 or 4 hours… and we say he plans to return to the store in the near future to finish more ink.
