Megan Good & Devon Franklin are negotiating a settlement in their divorce

Look same Good Megan and her estranged husband, Devon Franklin, are moving forward fully with their divorce proceedings.

According to reports, although the news recently broke Good Megan, 40 and Devon Franklin43 years old, divorced, the couple has been separated for more than 4 months.

New legal documents, obtained by The Blast, pointed out that Devon Franklin filed his preliminary disclosure statement – telling the court that he had filed all financial information for Good Megan. This process is usually done at the end of a divorce case and means a settlement is underway.

Partly, the description of the reading material,

“The preliminary release will include all tax returns filed by the preparer within the two years prior to the date the party served the return. … The preliminary declaration may also specify the declarant’s characteristics for each asset or liability. ”

Based on these documents, it seems Good and Franklin will soon get a legal divorce and officially single again!

As previously reported, Good and Franklin shocked many people when earlier this month announced after 9 years of deciding to end the marriage. The former couple is said to have met in 2011 while working on the movie Jumping the Broom. They got engaged in May 2012 and married that same year in June.

Good and Franklin issued a joint statement about their separation and said,

“After much prayer and deliberation, we have decided to go into our future separately but forever connected. We celebrate almost a decade of marriage together and an eternal love. No one is to blame, we believe this is the next best chapter in our love evolution.”

They added,

“We are incredibly grateful for the life-changing years we spent together as husband and wife. We are also extremely grateful to God for the testimony that has been created within us and has blessed our lives together. ”
