Maryland woman agrees to testify against twin sister in teen brother’s killing

She agreed to testify, in line with prosecutors, if referred to as within the pending first-degree-murder trials of her twin sister, Leaundra Matthews, and one of many males who allegedly attacked Christian within the basement, Daniel Howard, who’s now 25. The second accused assailant within the basement, Tysean Lipford, was convicted of second-degree homicide in 2019 and is serving a 30-year sentence.
