March 2022 is going to be huge for Nintendo Switch players

Big first Nintendo Switch exclusive game in 2022 is the upcoming game Pokemon Legend: Arceus, but there’s still a lot for Nintendo fans to look forward to this year. There is a large number Nintendo Switch the exclusive games slated to launch in 2022 don’t have a release date yet, and even if some games are delayed to 2023, there’s still plenty to make 2022 the banner year for Switch.
Have a lot of Big Nintendo Switch games to look forward to later in 2022, but for the foreseeable future, there is one month in particular that stands out as particularly exciting. March 2022 is stacked up for the Nintendo Switch, giving fans of Nintendo’s handheld/home console combo a pretty large selection of new games to explore, from standalone games Brand new permissions to some exciting cross-platform releases. And the thing is, chances are that fans don’t even know the full list of Nintendo Switch games coming out in March 2022.
Yes rumors that a Nintendo Direct presentation will take place at some point in the next month. Nintendo itself hasn’t announced any plans to this effect, and so fans should check their expectations. However, if the Nintendo Direct does happen, it will likely focus on the upcoming Switch games being released relatively soon, meaning March 2022 could fill up with more new Switch releases.
Regardless of whether Nintendo has even more games to announce for the Switch in March, what has been confirmed is enough to make March 2022 a big day for Switch gamers. Here are all the Nintendo Switch games currently slated to launch in March 2022 so far.

First is Triangle Strategy, launches for Nintendo Switch on March 4. Triangle Strategy is a Nintendo Switch exclusive game from Square Enix, developed by the same team behind popular games like Strong default and Octopath’s Traveler. The game uses the same art style as the latter, but instead of playing like the classic turn-based game Final Fantasy game, instead it has more in common with Final Fantasy Tactics. Triangle Strategy it certainly looks like it will appeal at least to fans of the genre, and it will be interesting to see if it lives up to the hype at launch.
Square Enix not only has Triangle Strategy that it’s contributing to the Nintendo Switch in March. Less than a week later Triangle Strategy launched, Square Enix is releasing Chocobo GP on March 10. Fans will be able to choose between a Free version of Chocobo GP as well as the premium version, but no matter which version they choose, the core gameplay should remain the same. For those who may not be familiar with Chocobo GP, which is basically Final Fantasythe answer to Mario Kart, with players racing against each other Final Fantasy character.
Triangle Strategy and Chocobo GP is a Switch exclusive, but the console also has several cross-platform games coming out in March 2022. This includes .hack // GU Last Code on March 4, year Phantom Breaker: Omnia on March 15, year Gal Gun: Double Peace on March 17th and perhaps most notably, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax on March 17th. Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is a port of the game of the same name was originally released in 2013 and although it is technically still going to appeal to fans of the Persona Franchising. The last cross-platform Switch game confirmed in March 2022 so far is Crystar, another port of the game that was previously released for other platforms.
Nintendo Switch exclusives start backing up March 22, because that’s the date Rune Factory 5 launch. Rune Factory 5 is the latest part inside Rune Factory series, which was originally released as a Switch exclusive in Japan in 2021. It has finally made its way to other regions, so Switch owners worldwide will soon be able to Check out the combination of farming simulation and monster taming gameplay.
The biggest Nintendo Switch exclusive to be released in March 2022, and the one that really brought the whole month to the forefront because it’s pretty important to the Switch, is Kirby and the Forgotten Land. Kirby and the Forgotten Land is turning Kirby franchise into an official 3D platformer event for the first time, with the first trailer and screenshots generating quite a bit of buzz from fans. The game will feature Kirby’s Classic Copy Ability as well as new powerups, it will also be playable from start to finish in 2 player local co-op.
