MapleStory M starts pre-generating Pathfinder and other in-game events

MapleStory M players can now pre-create their Pathfinder characters in preparation for the class game’s launch next month. Players who pre-create Pathfinder will receive weekly rewards prior to the class’ official launch. Pathfinder first appeared in the original MapleStory game in June 2019 and was recently teased for a mobile spin-off in MapleStory Fest 2021’s home live stream last weekend.

Meanwhile, other characters in the mobile side story will also be rebalanced, including Battle Mage, Bow Master, Bishop, Dark Knight, Luminous, Night Lord, Paladin and Wind Archer. Selected Star and Arcane Force fields now have higher XP, and Root Abyss Expedition now has a longer timer in Normal mode and lower boss HP in Normal and Hard mode. Players will also receive an additional bonus box when reaching a specific clear amount.

The latest update also kicks off some in-game events: Level Up! Dungeon EXP Event, Maple Museum Season 3 and I&B Burning Challenge Event. The first two slots will run until December 3^rd while the latter will be available until December 15^NS.
