Manav Sampada App allows employees of any State Government in India who are using Manav Sampada (Human Resources MIS) software to view their eService books (employee related information, teachers, etc.) education, family, training, joining, leaving, visiting, salary service history, etc.). Employees can also view the balance of different leave types on the Mobile app and can submit leave applications or approve travel. The employees can also delete leave (until it is pending) & cancel their approved leave. Reporting officers can view their subordinates’ resignations and can approve/reject these resignations. Tour requests are handled in a similar way.
