This refers to your edit A Welcome Quest (ET, Oct. 8). A strong database is required. But just having a database of jobs is not enough; data must be consistent. It has been observed that the figures vary from set to set. India’s information system is not accurate and efficient. A centralized database system can solve this problem, which will provide access to a wide range of people and policy makers in a consistent manner.
