Natango Robinson, of Southeast, was charged Saturday with felony assault on a police officer whereas armed, kidnapping whereas armed, illegal possession of a firearm, resisting arrest, fleeing a legislation enforcement officer, failure to obey and reckless driving, police mentioned.
