LOTRO Patch Brings Fixes for Gundabad Quests and More

With the Fate of Gundabad expansion now out for Lord of the Rings Online, the latest 31.0.2 patch notes rolled out today aim to bring some bug fixes.

The update deals with items, PvMP, quests and more. For example, the Gundabad Crafted Brawler belt buckle will now give you accurate stats. In terms of armor, every light leg, arm and leg armor made by Gundabad has been tweaked so that you can easily distinguish them from normal medium armor.

The team disabled the Osgiliath PvMP region until they were able to rework it, although no timeline has been provided so we’ll have to stay tuned to learn more about the region. Some of the fixes and tweaks related to the Gundabad quest are also included like:

• Den of Pughlak version has been reopened and an issue that could have caused the teleport loop has been fixed.
• Quest Clovengap “The Overgrown Vineyard” will now progress correctly if you’re on a Fellows Council and not the first to the quest location and the quest ring will now show up in a specific location more possible on the minimap.
• The “Walker in the Mist” Clovengap quest now correctly advances if you’re on the Marriage Council and not the first to the quest location.
• Some dialogue that was missing from the Deepscrave version of “The Truth of Matter” now appears in the chat box.
• Completing the “Assault on Dhúrstrok” version will now raise the corresponding Deepscrave quest.
• Mozrúk’s “Bond” effect now works on Shaikmuz at Level 3 of “Assault on Dhúrstrok.
• Mua’s “Dwarf Endurance” effect is now stronger.
• Mozrúk and Shaikmuz’s health declined.
• Mua’s “Dwarf Endurance” effect is now stronger.
