Amazon Game Studios offers Lost beer keg fans of the preview of Anikka, one of the lands testers can visit in the recently closed beta of the upcoming MMORPG. Anikka tour begins with the epic story of the region’s greatest hero, Sien. Here’s an excerpt from the new developer blog:

“Sien, a heroic member of the Sidereals who fought against the Kazeros in the Chain War, and master of the Sihwa School, traced the chaotic energy to Prisma Valley and discovered that Guardian Luen is the root cause of events. Sien and his eight followers sealed off the valley tightly to subdue Guardian Luen and begin to cleanse his soul.

Guardian Luen, upon regaining consciousness, told Sien to kill him, stating that the disaster was caused by demonic powers transmitted to his body through the wound. However, Sien insists that he will save Luen, just like the Guardians have saved him and his loved ones in the past.

After a moment of silence, Guardian Luen disappeared into the clouds.

“So be it, friend.”

Amazon thanks the closed beta participants and promises more previews and lore drops over the next few weeks and months leading up to the game’s launch, which is still slated for early 2022.

In the meantime, you can learn more about Annika and the lands of Arkesia by visiting Lost Ark official website. There is also a new Heroes of Arkesia video waiting for you after the jump.
