Loki Concept Art Reveals Deleted Rocket Raccoon Cameo

Loki

Loki squeezed a bunch of great Easter eggs on the six-episode first season, which included everything from Frog Thor to Thanos-Copter. But it turns out we might as well have one of the Guardians of the Galaxy on the show, but their cameo was ultimately cut. This bombshell was revealed in the latest episode of Marvel Studios assembled, discover Loki’s Birth. At one point, the special reveals some intriguing concept art.

The concept art in question includes a scene from episode 1 in which Tom Hiddleston’s swindler is brought for disposal in TVA. This artwork makes it clear that the original idea for this scene was for Loki to join a large row of other Variations, wearing identical prisoner uniforms. This line seems to be mostly made up of Ravagers – and among them is everyone’s favorite trash-wise panda, Rocket!

It doesn’t seem like we’ll have Bradley Cooper’s vocals here or anything, but having Rocket appear in this scene could be a great moment – and one that you know will go viral on Twitter. . As it happens, it seems it was decided to streamline this sequence entirely to save costs. In the scene, there is no dialogue and a humorous situation develops as the irritable Loki still has to take the number and wait for his turn.

This is the second guest that we discovered has been removed from episode 1. We have studied before that Frog Thor, who appeared briefly in episode 5, was more prominently introduced in the pilot, with the Asgardians landing defeating Loki. Here’s hoping both of these concepts will be carried over to season 2, whenever that comes.
