Subtitles work with Chromecast and Apple TV 4:
– Using Opensubtitles.org integration
– Touch the subtitle file after you start a video
Subtitles in the same folder are added automatically.
You can set a folder the subtitles will be searched for.
Subtitle timing, font, background and color can be changed.
Subtitle encoding in settings: for example, for Arabic subtitles, choose UTF-8
Some DLNA servers add subtitle information, some don’t.

Tap the headset icon on the “Now Playing” screen to stream the audio to your phone.
This can’t be automatically synced, and network delays make it difficult.
This feature is in beta: it should work most of the time.

How to install LocalCast: stream to TV on Android phone or tablet?
Download the LocalCast: cast to TV APK file from androidimod.com, then follow these steps:
Goto download:
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or My Files
- Tap the APK file you downloaded (de.stefanpledl.localcast)
- Tap Install when prompted, the APK file you downloaded will be installed on your device.
Update phone settings:
- Go to your phone’s Settings page
- Tap Security or Apps
