An executive for a global entertainment company Living country has been identified as one of the victims in the Surfside apartment building collapse on June 24 in Florida.
Theresa Velasquez, 36, listed as a victim of Saturday’s tunnel collapse at the Miami-Dade Police Department Daily press release. Miami-Dade PD noted that Velasquez’s body was recovered on July 8. Theo Miami Herald, Velasquez had gone to Miami the night before the collapse to visit her parents, Julio and Angela Velasquez, both of whom also died in the collapse. They own an apartment on the third floor of Champlain Towers South, the Miami Herald said.
Velasquez is senior vice president of strategic partnerships at Live Nation, based in their Los Angeles office. According to her LinkedIn profile, Velasquez has been with the company for over six years.

According to the Latest update from Miami-Dade PDSo far, 95 victims have been identified in the collapse, for a total of 241 people. Rescue teams and medical examiners have been working for more than three weeks now to recover and identify victims of the collapse.
